Welcome to Carib Christian School (CCS). CCS
was founded in the 1978-1979 school year with twenty-eight students and four teachers. Now, after
a quarter of a century of quality instruction, we have two campuses serving over 500 students in Northwest Puerto Rico.
The overwhelming majority of our students are from Puerto Rico, though we do have students from around the United States.
Over 25 years, we have developed a reputation for being the premiere English language teachers
in Western Puerto Rico. Our students have accomplished much both in Puerto Rico and in the United States. Being
bilingual, Our students have a distinct advantage throughout the Americas.
Carib Christian School is a ministry of Borinquen Baptist Church. Borinquen Baptist Church
was founded in the 1950's to serve the local community and members of the United States Air Force stationed at Ramey Air Force
Base. The Base has long since closed, but we remain, serving the community of Aguadilla.
We are a private, Christian school, serving
families desiring a Christian education taught in English. We utilize a variety of instructional methods emphasizing spiritual
growth, critical thinking, comprehension, grammar, writing skills, vocabulary development, social development, and physical
development. We achieve commitment to Christian values, self-reliance, and high academic skills.
We are a submerged language school. We teach English as a first language. Students
entering Carib at the Pre-kindergarten level and graduating from our High School are fluent in both English and Spanish.
Our greatest strength is our language instruction.
CCS is proud to say that one hundred percent of our
graduates have been accepted to universities including: Harvard, MIT, FSU, UT, Syracuse, Colegio Mayaguez and many others.
