a website with more than 60 useful pages, links to vital educational resources and forms and documents useful to parents and
prospective parents.
Question: Why does CCS Web use a simple web
design?
Answer: The vast majority of our users are connected
to the internet with phone modem connections. A flash site would cause these connections to be too slow to view important
information. When these statistics show that our users are a majority of high speed connection users, we will flip the
site over to our flash site, that has already been constructed.
